FinanceSheet is designed as an offline-first application. This means all the financial data you enter, such as transactions, bank names, and account balances, is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this information.

FinanceSheet provides a feature that allows you to manually back up your transaction data to a file. When you use this feature, a file is created at a location you choose on your device or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive). You are in full control of this file. We do not have access to the backup file or its contents. The security and management of your backup files are your responsibility.
Our app offers optional in-app purchases to upgrade to a "Pro" version. This process is handled entirely by the Google Play Store. We do not collect or process any of your payment information. We only receive a confirmation token from Google upon a successful purchase to unlock the Pro features within the app. Your purchase history is managed by your Google account.
The FinanceSheet app does not request any unnecessary permissions. It does not require access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
FinanceSheet does not integrate with any third-party services for analytics, advertising, or data processing. The only external service interaction is with the Google Play Store for handling in-app purchases, as described above.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect any personal data, it is inherently safe for all audiences. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
